A Skyline Silhouette

This Skyline Protocol™ revealed itself on a quiet morning as we walked into Bridgnorth from Stourbridge Road.

As the rising sun caught the dome of St Mary's Church, our eyes were drawn across to the Market Hall and then St. Leonard's. In that single moment, the skyline revealed itself—not as a collection of buildings, but as the unmistakable silhouette of Bridgnorth.

.The journey begins with the iconic Severn Valley Railway, From there, the composition rises through the dramatic sandstone cliffs to England's oldest inland electric Cliff Railway, before revealing the town's distinctive timber-framed architecture and historic Market Hall. The eye is then drawn to the striking Victorian Town Hall, before the the historic River Severn Bridge.

Finished in the town's signature burgundy, it provides the foundation for the collection while allowing each architectural illustration to tell part of Bridgnorth's story. Together, they create a single composition that captures the heritage, engineering and beauty of a town that continues to inspire visitors from around the world.
